Company President

Curtis W. Hunt, MAI has been an appraiser since 1982 with experience in preparing appraisals, reviews, and counseling reports on an array of complex real estate projects.

Mr. Hunt is a member of The Appraisal Institute and the Manatee County Association of Realtors. He is a Florida State-Certified General Real Estate Appraiser No. RZ0001697.

Mr. Hunt holds a BA in Real Estate from the University of Texas. He has qualified in state circuit courts and federal bankruptcy court as an expert on real estate matters. He is also a board member of the CID Commercial Division of the Manatee County Association of Realtors.

Associates

Elizabeth Leonard is a knowledgeable real estate appraiser trainee with experience valuing residential and commercial properties with the firm since 2008.  Ms. Leonard holds a BA in Professional and Technical Writing from the University of South Florida.  She is a State-Registered Trainee Appraiser No. RI23420.

Paul Runyan has over a decade of experience in the valuation of commercial and residential properties.  Mr. Runyan is an associate member of the Appraisal Institute.  He is a Florida State-Certified General Real Estate Appraiser No. RZ2717.

Diana Pearl has over 20 years of experience as a residential real estate appraiser.  Ms. Pearl holds a BS from Slippery Rock University in Pennsylvania.  She is a Florida State-Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser No. RD1618.
